COM Marketing is looking for someone who is a natural-born conversationalist, connector & relationship builder interested in assisting businesses in the health and fitness industries grow.We are the leading fitness & wellness marketing education company in Australia & New Zealand and are looking for someone who wants to grow & learn.

The person that we are looking for:

- Firstly, you're the type of person that enjoys working independently and loves speaking with clients. You're personable, fun, enjoy having a laugh, and can think on your feet.
- You’re an excellent communicator - confident on the phone and chatting online.

You’re ambitious, wanting to help as many people as possible and exceed team targets.
- Most of all you’re someone who is eager to learn, likes being rewarded and can work in alignment with our company goals.

About your role:
We are looking for someone who understands the fitness & wellness industry and has had previous experience in sales in the fitness industry. Your main role would be to qualify new leads and set appointments for new potential clients. You should be highly motivated, fun and love people.

Here’s what your main tasks will involve;
- Calling fitness & wellness professionals who have opted in and getting them excited about what we do to grow their business
- Looking for businesses that want to grow and want support on this journey

Create, set and confirm appointments
- Pre-qualify leads & book into events & webinars
- Part-time or full-time position - work your own hours.

What we’re offering:Base + CommissionsThis is a part-time or full-time position with an hourly rate + commissions on target earnings. Commissions are uncapped
