This Iconic Retail Accessories business requires a passionate and driven Regional Manager to be responsible for the profitability and performance across 8 - 9 stores in VIC.

You will play an integral role in leading, driving and developing the store teams, drawing on your experience to influence, work alongside and drive results through others to deliver the best outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Motivate and guide store management teams to drive sales
- Lead, motivate and enhance the capacity of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- To have an understanding of Company Polices and Procedures and to ensure these are adhered to with your stores
- Ensuring all stores are maintaining visual merchandising standards to maximise sales potential.
- Lead by example in the level of customer service required to enhance the image of the company.
- Recruiting and Developing the right people
- Support the Store Managers in fulfilling all store administration requirements

**Ideally you will have**:

- Exceptional people leader and motivator
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site retail management or a strong store manager looking to take the next step.
- Decision-making capabilities backed by strong numerical and analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed influencing and relationship management skills
- A drive for success and continuous improvement

**About You**:
You will be a natural leader and true team player with strong organisation and day to day management skills in order to lead a fast paced multi-site team to deliver results. You will be the main point of contact between the retail stores and head office, spending the majority of your time on the road visiting your store teams.
