In the role of **_Region Manager Proprietary Lending VIC West_**, you will join**_ the VIC Proprietary Home Lending team_** that’s doubling down on **_customer obsession, moving with speed, keeping it simple, owning it and winning together_**.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Lead a committed team of Home Lending Specialists and Home Lending Executive 1's within the VIC West region market and build strong and sustainable, customer obsessed teams
- Be responsible for overall management of Proprietary Home Lending Specialists who provide Proprietary lending solutions to Personal Banking customers.
- You will take responsibility to ensure success for everyone at NAB.
- Improve speed to competency and sales proficiency across Proprietary lending and everyday banking teams as well as lender quality, operational excellence, and customer experience outcomes.
- Put customers at the centre of everything you do

- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering & driving strong & consistent results.
- Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management, with a proven track record in sales and a passion for customer service
- Relevant compliance and sales/service leadership training including lending accreditation.
- Sound knowledge and skills in Banking regulations, practices and procedures; credit assessment and associated issues; full range of Bank products; Company / commercial law; Accounting principles and practices
