**About the role**

The Customer Service Officer - Aquatics supports the health and wellbeing of the Inner West Council community through providing professional customer service and assistance to all users and members of the centre in a high-volume customer environment. A key focus of this role is to deliver excellent customer service through providing up-to-date information on services, programs and activities to all Centre users.

**Remuneration**

$61,783.28 - $68,214.64 + 12% Superannuation

**Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications**

1. Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry
2. Experience in a fast-paced high volume customer service environment
3. A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems
5. Organisational and administrative skills
