Macquarie Medical Systems, a division of Macquarie Health Corporation, is a Leichhardt based medical equipment supplier looking for an enthusiastic all rounder to help our team with administration, accounts and customer service support.
This is an office based role, from our Leichhardt NSW office with some opportunity to travel for work occasional for conferences (usually one weekend every 2-3 months). There is also opportunity for further professional development moving into new roles in future such as in sales, corporate accounting or marketing.
Position Description:
- Assist accounts by handling the day to day accounts receivable and payable duties for our biomedical department.
- Other daily admin and support activities.
Qualities We Are Looking For:
- Microsoft Office skills is essential, other sales and desktop publishing software proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- General Accounting Skills including basic accounts receivable and payable duties.
- Customer service and sales experience.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
