  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take orders for dry cleaning, laundry, and special requests from customers and providing information on store services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of high-end fashion brands and their specific garment care needs.
  • Work closely with the cleaning and tailoring team to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to address customer needs and special requests.
  • Perform final inspection of cleaned garments to ensure high-quality standards are met before returning them to customers.

Attention to detail

  • Ensure all garments are properly tagged, sorted, and recorded accurately in the system.
  • Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care requirements before processing.
  • Review customer orders to confirm all items are accounted for before and after cleaning.

Retail Management

  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store environment.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.

Please note this is full time position and not suitable for students. Only dedicated and experienced customer professionals looking to grow their career within dry clean & retail industry will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
