Our client is currently after a senior Service Transition Manager, who is able to assist in a main project for the company.

You will have the following;
- ITIL foundation certification and ITIL capability certification is highly desirable
- Significant previous experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisation
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues at various organisational levels
- Significant experience in managing a complex plan of work and the ability to prioritise work, negotiate and influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to work with little direction and supervision, delivering outcomes within appropriate time, quality and budget constraints, while allowing time for unplanned assignments. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong customer focus, communicating regularly with all stakeholders, understanding customer’s short-and long-term needs.
- Experience in developing, maintaining and improving end-to-end release and service transition processes
- Experience in the integration between operational service delivery and the Project Management Office (PMO) function to plan and deliver a complex program of work
- Experience managing vendors and third party service providers in a complex multi-sourcing environment
