**The role**:
Acquisition and Transition Management Team provides project delivery, commercial and risk management expertise for transitional and managed services to NABs divestment and acquisition programs.

Current programs include Project Edge (Citigroup Australian consumer business acquisition), Project Eagle (MLC Wealth sale to IOOF), Project Monza (HICAP’s acquisition of LanternPay) as well as standing up managed services across several of the NAB Groups international subsidiaries and branches such as BNZ, NAB New York, NAB Europe and NAB Asia.
- This role is within Project Eagle and Monza, supporting the development and execution of acquisition and separation plan activity in particular Finance support.

**The role and Day to day will include**:

- Sound understanding of project management lifecycle, disciplines and procedures
- Ability to build, maintain and report project schedules
- High level of PC literacy including especially excellent talents using MS excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of control and quality disciplines.
- Experience using Clarity, Rally, Confluence, Teams Lotus Notes and Project/Work Spaces
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to mentor team members
- Results focussed
- Effective delivery of transition activity and relevant artefacts
- Adhere to all compliance and learning requirements

**Key Decisions**:

- Make decisions on a day-to-day basis in regard to completing the accountabilities of the role
- Take responsibility for all queries, tasks and additional projects as delegated by the Manager/Lead
- Decisions will be required to proactively manage risk and compliance to drive performance

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-7 years’ financial services experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business and process analysis within a project delivery environment
- Experience in transformation projects or mergers/acquisitions desirable

**Backend technologies**:

- Lua, Swagger 2.0, Open API 3.0, Java Script
- Axway API development
- Build tools: Jenkins, NodeJS, Groovy DSL, Docker, Github, Artifactory
- Make decisions on a day-to-day basis in regard to completing the accountabilities of the role
- Take responsibility for all queries, tasks and additional projects as delegated by the Manager/Lead
- Decisions will be required to proactively manage risk and compliance to drive performance

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Maintain Project Financial Records
- Process Expenses and Invoices
- Manage Month end financial process
- Manage Resource Time Costing
- Work with Project finance partner to ensure reports are produced and validated
- Regularly track and report project status against financial to Program Manager
- Support Program Manager with end to end procurement cycle
