This hands-on Transition Manager role is responsible for managing client unit registry transitions and delivering these requirements with passion and in a high quality, timely and accurate manner. Transition Managers ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and the project's objectives are met.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Agreeing on project objectives, effectively scoping each project- Setting the standards and methodology to be used in a project- Taking responsibility of projects through their entire lifecycle- Communicating with stakeholders to clarify the desired outcome of a project- Ensuring that all relevant processes are followed on projects- Administering the allocation of jobs and budgets on a project- Managing project personnel to achieve project objectives- Regularly review and analyse the project scope and submitting progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers- Stakeholder management, internal and external- Identifying project risks- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors

What you will bring:
- More than 4 years experience within the Financial Services industry, preferably in the Funds Management, Unit Registry or Custodial Services sector- Stakeholder management experience, both internal and external- Familiarity with project governance- Excellent presentation skills- Experience overseeing various streams of a project or transitions and client onboarding
