Our Ground Transportation (GTS) business is a global leader in smart transportation. We partner closely with state and local governments as well as global transport operators to provide integrated solutions across rail infrastructure.

**About Your Role: Project Planner**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Project Planner to join our passionate and high-performing planning team based on-site in Rydalmere **(with a view to relocate to Sydney Olympic Park). Reporting into the PMO Manager, you will be supporting Sydney Metro City Southwest project. This is a critical role for the business and you will support key stakeholders in the development & maintenance of the planning schedule.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintenance of relevant project management artefacts such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Planning and scheduling the scope of work within Project Management too and analysing any variances
- Preparation of PMO monthly reports
- Participation in the development and maintenance of Risk & Opportunity process and in particular, the Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
- Review and analyse the workload of project team members and financial data to support any project reviews

We are looking for a switched-on and confident person to be an integral part of our team, who’s not afraid to engage with people at all levels. Ideally you will possess:

- Previous experience in Project planning and controls/Project Management
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of PM lifecycle
- Working knowledge in Earned Value Management and schedule health check process
- Previous experience with Scheduling tools such as; Primavera, Microsoft Project, open plan
- Knowledge of scheduling practises such as Program Evaluation & Review Technique (PERT) & Critical Path Method (CPM).
