**Description**:
The Role

Reporting to the Program Manager (VIC) you will work closely with project managers, site managers and estimators to deliver work schedules, scheduling productivity analysis and project support as you contribute to a safe, productive and positive working environment.

**You will also**:

- Develop, monitor and analyse project effectiveness and productivities using qualitative and quantitative tools
- Develop and implement procedures, processes and systems to increase the level and standard of project reporting
- Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans
- Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results
- Reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets
- Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management
- With teams, evaluate and analyse risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
- Lead development of baseline schedule and support the PM in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR)
- Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast
- Implement and monitor the earned value management (EVM) system
- Some overnight travel maybe required

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

In addition to your experience and/or passion for working in the high voltage construction industry, your skills, experience and qualifications will include:

- Project Scheduling
- Proficiency in the use of tools like Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel
- Building complex construction programs involving design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities
- Prioritising and co-ordinating high-volume workloads
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- A logical and practical approach to work
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Effective negotiation
