Manningham’s Arts, Culture and Local History team has a unique opportunity for an administration specialist to help support the delivery of a dynamic and diverse arts and cultural program offering, drawing on a broad skillset of customer service, promotions and finance knowledge

**About the Role**

Manningham’s Arts, Culture and Local History team delivers diverse programs to support the spectrum of arts participation and cultural development from community arts to creative industries. As the Arts, Culture and Local History Administration Officer you will provide effective and efficient administration for the team, comprising front line customer service, enrolments and bookings processes, finance and promotions.

**Skills and Experience**
- Post-secondary qualified in office administration or a related discipline; or can demonstrate experience in office administration.
- Positive customer service attitude and approach.
- Experienced and understanding of finance processes.
- Digitally literate with proficiency in booking systems and authoring web-based platforms.
- Skilled in time management, planning, organising and prioritising one's work, with an ability to undertake and complete tasks within specified time frames.
