**_ Do something that moves you: _**- **Safety First**: Commit to maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.- **Efficient Packaging Operations**: Set up, operate, and maintain packaging line machinery for smooth and efficient production.- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure products are packaged to the highest quality standards while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.- **Troubleshooting & Collaboration**: Identify and resolve issues on the packaging line, working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to process optimizations and enhancements to keep operations running at peak performance.

**Does this sound like you?**- A background in packaging, chemical production, FMCG manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.- Have a positive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.- Proven ability to work safely in a production environment.- Ability to read, interpret, and follow workplace documentation such as SOPs and Operator Manuals.- A team player who communicates effectively and fosters a collaborative culture.- Willingness to take ownership of your role and support team accountability.- Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods and operate production machinery.
