**Description**:
**Your Role**:
As the Operational Maintenance Crew Lead, you will manage a crew and provide general supervision of technical staff. You will also be responsible for:

- Perform maintenance task and scope analysis manpower, spares, tools and facility requirements
- Suggest implementation Engineering and MRS endorsed deferred Maintenace actions
- Provide input and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Provide SME advice on availability of approved alternative spare parts & materials
- Manage allocated workload assigned from Maintenance Co-ordinator

**About You**:
As an experienced Crew Lead, you will a deep technical understanding of the KC-30A. You will also have:

- Knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance supervision
- Knowledge of structure and use of interactive technical publications
- Lead working groups to aid development of future Part 145 state and capability
- Oversight of direct reports to ensure Safety
- Desirable but not essential:_
- Knowledge in securing Engineering approvals
- Understanding of external technical and maintenance support networks
- Knowledge in securing Engineering approvals
