- As a Customer Service professional within FLSmidth, you will work within a diverse team to assist with aftermarket customer and sales support. To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a technical internal sales role in a manufacturing, warehousing or purchasing environment.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring sales quotes are raised and responded to using standard operating procedures within agreed timeframes.-
- Creating or converting sales orders from sales quotes as per standard operating procedures.-
- Proactively notifying customers and/or the sales team at the earliest opportunity where a delay in, or issue with delivery is identified.-
- Liaising with warehousing or shipping companies regarding customer dispatch freight needs or freight verification (where applicable).-
- Ensuring invoicing is completed and issued once goods are available for shipment using standard operating procedures within agreed timeframes.-
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and courteous manner.-
- Maintaining accurate customer records and profiles including shipment instructions, archiving of files.-
- Accurate and timely entry of data into systems, review of mailbox and process of orders.-
- Advising customers of process should products be required to be returned.What you bring:
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g. Citrix based programs or others).-
- High level of data entry skills and systems experience.-
- Experience in quote and order entry.-
- Experience in scheduling within supply chain.-
- Strong communication skills.-
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.What we offer:
