Reporting to the Area Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily clerical staff workforce requirements.
You will cover multiple sites in the city south including; Sogi, Upper Mount Gravatt, Capalaba, Carina, Morningside, and Springwood, providing professional and operational leadership, ensuring efficient and friendly services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community, whilst achieving cost and productivity targets.
This role will suit you if you are customer service focused, professional, have previous people management experience and the ability to empower an administrative team.

**Who you are**:

- Willingness to manage, coach and lead clerical / clinical staff
- Ability to lead and drive the I-MED patient care and customer service standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands effectively
- Confident with computers and IT systems

What your day will look like
- Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
- Assisting the Area Office Manager plan daily workforce requirements
- Manage data and information accuracy in the clinic including invoicing and receipting
- Provide clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, monitoring and coaching
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Manage the appointment schedule in collaboration with the Sonographers and Radiographers to maximise productivity.
