**The Role**

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the CFO, Finance and P&C teams. The position covers a diverse range of administrative tasks, it will interact with employees at all levels, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

This is a permanent part time hybrid role - with flexibility on hours and days.

**Working with an exceptional team, your role will include but not be limited to**:

- **Staff Onboarding and Offboarding**:manage the onboarding process for new hires. Coordinate offboarding procedures.
- **HR Systems**:be the focal point for Employment Hero and Culture Amp ensuring high quality data entry and maintenance with confidentiality at all times. Management of employee files and other employee activities within Employment Hero as well as updating policies and related documents as required.
- **Company Office Management**:ensure the Company offices in Sydney and Melbourne are well-organised, efficient with streamlined administrative processes. Manage office supplies.
- **Company Functions**:assist with the planning and execution of Company events, meetings and other functions.
- **Support to Finance**:provide general administrative support to the team.
- **HR**:Assist with the coordination of HR initiatives including running surveys, producing reports as required.
- **Travel Coordinator**: arrange travel for employees as required. Manage travel itineraries, expense reporting and travel-related documentation.
- **Other/Ad hoc duties**: be flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as requested by the team. Adapt to changing priorities within the organisation.

You’re a self starter. You are reliable, proactive and a team player. Your passion to make a difference, desire to use your initiative and continuous focus on excellence will ensure your success in this role.

**What you’ll bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification a bonus
- 3 + years relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- HR administration experience a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs such as word, excel
- Experience with Employment Hero & Culture Amp a bonus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and planning
