**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Investor Relations Associate to join our team. You will be working closely with AirTree’s IR team assisting with investor queries, investor events, communications, due diligence requests, fundraising and business development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general IR support, including preparing presentations, drafting investor communications, and creating quarterly updates and narratives
- Assist with investor events, including our annual summit, webinars, and roadshows, ensuring they run smoothly and meet investor needs
- Support LP due diligence requests, including collecting and organizing necessary documentation and data
- Assist with business development efforts (e.g., market research, international roadshows, meeting preparation)
- Other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in finance, sales analysis, customer success, admin support or customer onboarding.
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Commitment to quality work and prompt attention to detail
- Experience with RFPs and/or investor communications (ideal but not required)
- Experience with Salesforce (ideal but not required)
- Self-starter and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
