**About the Opportunity**

HCA's **Wacol branch** has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of an **Administration Assistant / Receptionist**. This role will have you providing end to end administrative support for the branch and will be best suited for someone who enjoys systematic attention to detailed work.

**About You - To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- ** Experience** - Demonstrated experience in a similar position in a **Reception / all-rounder office support role.**:

- ** Computer Literacy** - Competent computer literacy including the use of Excel and Assura Systems would be highly beneficial
- **Verbal & Written Communication Skills** - with a developed ability to understand varying needs and coordinate with multiple departments
- ** Autonomous productivity** - Initiative to reconcile accounts and multitask office support efficiently and effectively.
- ** Safety Commitment - **Proactive awareness and total assurance of Hitachi’s number one priority***
