Overseas orders once they are submitted by Sales team, to delivery stage, ensuring orders are managed in a timely manner, dealing with the 3PL transport companies, etc.
- Review and negotiate warehouse/ transport contracts and costs to identify the best value & services
- Ordering of materials from the UK warehouse/manufacturer
- Managing and coordinating the importing of products
- Continuously create and implement new processes, procedures, and policies
- Understand and be able to attend stock control inventories
- Run weekly reports
- Ensuring any outstanding orders are managed efficiently and communicated across the Sales team
- Handle various orders of large commercial projects simultaneously
- Manage cost while continuously seeking ways to reduce cost, while maintaining high standards and services
- Site visits to the warehouse

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in an Operations Manager role where they have managed 3PL warehousing
- Must have experience in the Building & Construction industry
- Experience in dealing with importing products/materials
- Supplier contract negation experience
