In the role of **Product Owner, Transformation**, you will join the **Business Direct and Small Business Transformation Team** that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Support development and execution of an integrated execution roadmap that achieves BDSB’s strategic ambitions
- Contribute to the design and execution of cross-BDSB transformation initiatives to improve the customer and colleague experience, simplify our operating approach, strengthen processes, release capacity or deliver new capability
- Work effectively with Group, Divisional and Business teams to ensure alignment of execution/transformation initiatives throughout the organisation
- Lead execution of specific strategic initiatives/programs that contribute to BDSB’s strategic ambitions.
- Gather insights from across Business and Private Banking to inform progress, challenges and potential interventions required to accelerate the transformation agenda.
- Build a strong network of relationships within Business and Private Banking at NAB that enables you to have a handle on opportunities/issues that don’t show up on paper and solve for them.

You’ll need:

- Strong professional experience in banking or financial services consulting
- Experience delivering strategic initiatives in large organisations
- Exposure to strategy development and translation into execution plans
- Influencing and building relationships at a senior level
- Knowledge of Business Banking segment viewed favourably but not essential
