As a Product Designer, you will be accountable for executing design tasks with guidance and support. You'll assist in creating visual designs and user interfaces, collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 1-3 years’ experience working as a product designer or UX/UI designer
- Experience within finance or service industries.
- Working knowledge of the design process, experience design methodologies and principles.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile, using agile tools & methods.
- Ability to perform the essential capabilities required in this role.
- Experience in visual design and user interactions.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- **Development** - Engage in training and learning sessions across design to build skills in design tools, research methods and prototyping, demonstrating in project work.
- **Research and Testing** - Assist and support user/customer research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
- **Prototyping** - Create static or basic interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- **End to End Experience** - Contribute to the design of end-to-end user experience by understanding user needs, defining user journeys and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- **Quality and Consistency** - Ensure designs align with established design guidelines and standards.
- **Design System** - Use the design system as a foundation for all design work, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- **Collaboration** - Collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life.
- **Communication** - Communicate, visualise and present design insights, ideas and concepts to stakeholders and domain partners.
