**What's on Offer?**

This is an opportunity to work as part of a team and manage a portfolio of customers to deliver the dream of home ownership.

You will provide a premium level of customer service for our Knockdown Rebuild customers. You will be responsible for coordinating all required elements of the pre-construction workflow from sales acceptance through to construction whilst meeting expected timelines.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing premium customer service in the pre-construction phase
- Ensuring contracts are delivered in designated timelines
- Meeting KPIs and site start budgets
- Facilitating the project through it's key milestone stages
- Communicating with key stakeholders to proactively progress jobs
