**About the Role**

Reporting to the Project Director, you will use your expertise in facilities management to optimize operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for Teachers, Students, and visitors.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

- Managing all works in line with contractual requirements to achieve KPIs
- Proactively managing subcontractors
- Undertaking quality and compliance audits
- Supporting the development of, implementing and monitoring all required maintenance plans for routine works
- Managing site safety Managing stakeholder relationships- The role is permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, with requirement to be on call (rostered) based on site, either in North Brisbane (Murrumba Downs area) or Ipswich region, dependent on your location.**About You**

Success in this role will be driven by your ability to implement of cost-effective strategies, foster team collaboration, and enhance of the overall functionality of the managed facilities, to support contract goals and service delivery.

We are looking for:

- Experience in maintenance engineering, facilities management, asset maintenance
- Blue card working with children (highly desirable / ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
