Our volume of work has increased, so your experience in reading plans, res code and understanding state guidelines in the building industry enables you to be across every project and know what is required from the start.

Reporting to the Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Assess plans and documentation and ensure compliance
- Review plans against building regulations or ResCode relevant to the state
- Obtain require building, planning and other permits required
- Address any complications within the permit process
- Liaise with Developers, Councils, and Building Surveys and internal departments and
- Generating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendations.

- Experience in a similar role - ideally in permits or pre-site administration within residential
- Completed studies in Cert IV Building & Construction or higher would be an advantage
- Demonstrated knowledge of Building Regulations and ResCode
- Broad working knowledge of the residential home building and construction process
- Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining high attention to detail and
- Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities.

**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
