Reporting to the Franchise Administration Manager, you will support and assist with various national franchise administration tasks including invoicing, tracking and servicing new franchise enquiries, franchise agreements, franchise renewals and reporting.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
- Allocate and track new franchisee enquiries
- Assist with timely renewals of franchise agreements
- Monitor for timely receipt of sales data from franchise stores, liaise with IT &/or external provider to resolve delays/issues
- Monthly invoicing of franchise fees and associated charges
- Assist with coordination of FCC meetings and delegates travel and accommodation
- General housekeeping & maintenance of the Franchise documents
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of the Source (World Manager) and the Franchise Operations Manuals
- Request & follow up Franchisee ASIC Business Name registrations & renewals
- Request & follow up Franchisee Lease documents and Insurance certificates
- Assist in the weekly & monthly follow up and reporting associated with store reviews
- Assist in the production and issue of monthly franchise sales and KPI reports
- Produce and issue monthly and quarterly benchmark reports
- Monthly monitoring & liaison for correct product category sales reporting within stores
- Assist with the collection of annual financial reports from franchise partners
**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE**:
- Be a customer service superstar
- Have high-level organisational skills and the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously
- Be proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
- Be confident, professional and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative
- Be highly competent in Excel and other Microsoft suite products
