About this role
This administration role at Viatek has responsibility for providing support to our client base for any sales related queries. These requests will be received via phone, email and directly from the Account Managers. Requests will include providing updates on installations or order timelines, following up on outstanding paperwork, assisting with order processing, reporting or requests for information.
The successful candidate will have a high level of organisation skills, the ability to be proactive and detail orientated. Experience working within a sales environment would be an advantage.

Viatek is Australia's leading independent supplier of Fuji Film and Lexmark office solutions, and commercial production equipment. We operate 22 locations across Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, self-motivated and a great cultural fit for Viatek.
Experience in administration and customer service are essential along with communication and time management skills.
