We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Professional for an amazing opportunity that has become available at Hume Doors and Timber in Dandenong South, reporting to the State Accountant.

About the Role...*
In this role, you will be working in our accounts team to assist Hume Doors during this growth period.

*
Your will be responsible for: *

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Supplier invoice entry
- Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders
- Verifying quantities and pricing on supplier invoice
- Verifying correct cartage charges as per proof of delivery paperwork
- Supplier account reconciliation
- Preparing payments to suppliers
- Preparing for end of month and producing end of month reports
- Data Entry
- General Clerical Duties

About You...*
You ideally have previously worked in Accounts Payable and go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. You have a strong work ethic, enjoy being part of a team and would like to be part of Hume Doors & Timber's history.

Good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated and an ability to understand and meet deadlines are essential
- Above average computer skills, including typing, Microsoft Office
- particularly Excel required.
