**About the role**

Working out of our Dandenong South office, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative team environment. Plus, you’ll have real opportunities for career progression into different parts of the business.

Our Finance team is tasked with the role of assessing the organisational health while planning short and long-term goals for the business. We use the most up-to-date reporting to predict growth and future trends of the company. Identifying and implementing value creation opportunities where you can. Our finance team plays a vital role in the analysis of the company to enable well-informed commercial decisions and ultimately achieve our vision.

**What can you expect?**
- This isn't your average accounts payable role, a lot of the work is automated so we need you to manage exceptions
- Resolve branch and supplier account queries
- Ensure supplier invoices 3-way match against the PO and liaise with the supplier/branch to resolve any processing exceptions
- Assign non-PO supplier invoices for approval by business units & costing and monitor the return to ensure timely payment
- Analyse supplier data for continuous improvement opportunities
- Manage credit note to credit claim matching exceptions
- Reconcile supplier statements

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills supported by an engaging and professional manner.
- High problem-solving capability using your initiative
- Strong attention to detail with proven time management, planning & organisation skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Strong MS Excel skills a must
- Experience in accounts payable an advantage however, experience in a non financial background will also be considered
