**Account Payable**
**in**
**Dandenong South Victoria **to start ASAP

**Working hours**:Monday to Friday 7.30am-5pm

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Processing and validate supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Reconcile supplier statments to check for unaccounted
invoices, credit notes, adjustments and monitor payment
processes
- Efficiently manage responses to enquiries and ensure follow up action is taken
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow up and process of invoices
- Facilitating process improvements and providing ongoing
support for business users

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 5+ years experience/exposure to a similar role
- Solid understanding of general accounting and accounts payable principles and process.
- Hands on team player, consultative and collaborative with your internal and external stakeholders, and with strong attention to detail.
- MUST Experience in SAP ERP system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
