**The Company**
Our client is an award-winning accounting firm who are more than just accountants. They are expert advisors and strategists focused on delivering a client focused and innovative organisation.

**The Opportunity**
Our client is currently looking for a Supervisor to work very closely with managers and partners.

You would be looking after a portfolio of large private clients with turnovers in the 100 million.

Your day-to-day tasks would include:

- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants including managing workflow and review
- Manage your own client portfolio as well as managing team WIP, workflow and productivity.
- Support and train other team members in our small, close-knit team
- Co-coordinating meetings with key advisors and creating strategies
- Liaise with clients and attend client meetings and board meetings

**About You**
- Degree qualified
- Be CA/CPA qualified
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to build rapport and be a trusted advisor to clients
- Driven to succeed, motivated and a great communicator
