The Medical Diagnostics Unit are looking for a full-time (80 hours/week) Administration Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

This versatile role oversees an experienced team which supports Western Health's Respiratory, Sleep and Neurophysiology laboratories.

The Administration Supervisor is accountable for the coordination of departmental administrative functions and daily operation of the office, whilst providing the necessary support for delivery of Best Care.

**To be Successful in this Role, you**:

- Have previous** **administration management and/or supervisor experience
- Have previous experience in a hospital environment with some familiarity to IT systems such as EMR, IPM, BossNet, FMIS, RosterOn, ChargePro
- Have well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Have a good understanding of basic medical terminology
- Are flexible and adaptable within a fast paced, busy team
- Ability to work across campuses when required
