Masterwize are currently looking for a Cleaning Team Leader/ Supervisor in **Melbourne - VIC**

We are looking for a Supervisor that understands the importance and can continually manage compliance across cleaning & hygiene. The position reports directly to the VIC Area Manager.

Salary - 70k +Car

**Essential**:

- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders, within the business and with the customer
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to build trust and be a reliable point of contact
- Unchallenged by the need to plan, organise and manage time effectively, in managing a portfolio of customers
- Prior experience in the cleaning industry
- A professional approach at all times, across the delivery in this role.
- An accountable approach to work
- Lead by example, displaying, energy, motivation and a can-do approach
- Conduct Audits

**Functional requirements**:

- Knowledge of the cleaning industry and the delivery of service within cleaning
- Cleaning safety standards
- Ability to train

**Double Covid 19 Vaccination Required**

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
