**About The Role：**

**Key Responsibilities：**
- Manage and nurture external relationships with clients and partners.
- Organize and streamline client cases, ensuring clear communication with relevant teams.
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions and meetings, providing comprehensive meeting notes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other external documents.
- Support the procurement or marketing team in handling tasks related to vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or beyond in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement, marketing, or relationship management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Mandarin as well.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Self-motivated, with a keen desire to learn and improve.
