**Role Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Marketing and Relationship coordinator to join our supportive team here at AHS. The aim of this role is to strengthen the business and seek opportunities to grow AHS services, develop strategies to retain existing clients, enhance relationships with stakeholders, and establish partnerships that could be translated into new business opportunities. You will positively and effectively promote AHS to stakeholders and develop networks and relationships with key organisations which will further establish AHS’ reputation as an exceptional service provider in Aged Care and Disability sector. You will play a key role in mapping out processes for future customer intake and integration. In addition, you will focus on continuous improvement for the customer journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building strong relationships within the Aged Care and Disability Sector including hospitals, nursing homes, Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, and the NDIA in order to identify new customers and obtain referrals.
- Contacting potential referrals to arrange meetings and discuss services.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and execute communication and engagement strategies.
- Attending relevant expos, conferences, forums and networking events to represent AHS and its services.
- Proactively fostering leads in the pipeline and maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the NDIS guidelines and framework.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Leadership and Management or Business Administration or Marketing
- Experience working in the welfare/community services sector, particularly in disability.
- Extensive knowledge of NDIS guidelines and Practice Standards.
- Knowledge and experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) services
- High-level customer, sales and marketing service skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and management software programs, including Brevity and Xero.
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve set objectives
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task
- Excellent written and oral skills, public speaking and presentation capabilities

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Own a car with a valid driver’s license and comprehensive car insurance
- Full COVID-19 Booster vaccination certificate or valid medical exemption
