At **Rogue Royalty**, leaders in premium canine accessories, and **RogueRaw**, Australia’s largest raw food specialist, we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and physically capable **Customer Service Professional** to join our growing team.

This is not your average pet shop—we’re all about **quality, education, and results**. We want someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, takes pride in their work, and brings positive energy and professionalism to the table every day.

**About the Role**

**Shifts**: Monday to Friday 4 hour to 8 hour shifts available. Ideal for parents who need school hours flexibility, university students or anyone wanting to get involved in the booming canine training or online industry.

As a key member of our customer service team, you’ll:

- **Maintain Our Showroom**: Take charge of daily open/close routines and keep our space clean, organised, fully stocked, and customer-ready.
- **Assist with Stock Control**: Support inventory management, participate in stocktakes, and help keep the warehouse and back-of-house running smoothly.
- **Update Our Online Store**: Upload and update products on our website (Shopify), including images, descriptions, and availability.
- **Support Business Growth**: As part of a small, fast-paced team, you’ll jump in where needed—no two days are the same.
