BCD Community Care Inc is an industry leading provider with a range of services supporting people to live their life in their homes and within the community as independently as possible.

We are looking for a **Customer Service Officer - Rostering** who is passionate about providing effective co-ordination of customer services across the business, and we currently have opportunities for Full Time positions.

This role directly liaises with and supports all Care Workers in ensuring that all customer services are fully covered by the most appropriately trained and competent Care Workers and those Care Workers are fully informed of customer requirements as part of each service. Customer Service Officers effectively communicate with customers, carers and third-party agencies who broker services to BCD. They also support the Team Leader in their daily work with NDIS and Aged Care Customers.

**Essential Knowledge and Skills**
- Sound knowledge and experience in scheduling and/or planning systems, preferably within a service delivery environment across multiple sites
- Display high levels of tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Strong ability to stay calm and work under pressure
- Ability to work with people from a wide range of personal values and from diverse cultures
- Confident and professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills/conflict resolution skills
- Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite
- An NDIS Worker Screen Number
- Current Working With Children Check
- Medicare Immunisation Certificate showing Covid Vaccinations
- Certificate for NDIS Worker Orientation Module and NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module
- Must be authorised to work in Australia
