We're looking for a **Customer Care & Service Expert** to join our energetic, fast-paced team in **Campbelltown**.
This is the perfect role for someone passionate about teamwork, the online/ecommerce space, dog training, raw feeding, or canine health — and who thrives with a positive, solutions-driven attitude.
**About the Role**:
You'll be a key player in the Rogue Royalty machine — providing outstanding customer service both **online** and **in-store**, while helping with administration and operational support to keep everything running like clockwork.

A Day in the Life Looks Like:
- Supporting customers online and in-store with their dog's nutrition or health needs.
- Taking customer feedback, helping with product inquiries, or researching new solutions.
- Pitching in for stocktakes, pick-packing orders, or unpacking a fresh shipment.
- Staying sharp, moving fast, and keeping everything running smoothly.
**Can you handle the pace?**
Business Hours:
- **Monday - Friday**: 9am - 5pm
- **Rotating Saturdays**: 9am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Showroom Support
- Help customers find the perfect products based on their dog’s breed, size, and lifestyle needs.
- Process sales, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and engaging showroom.
Administration & eCommerce Support
- Maintain accurate customer records; assist with invoicing and reporting.
- Process online orders and work closely with the warehouse team.
- Update product listings, manage inventory, and assist with stocktake activities.
- Liaise with suppliers; assist with stock reorders and reporting.
- Support management with operational improvements and admin tasks.
Who You Are:
- A can-do individual who tackles challenges head-on with positivity and professionalism.
- Highly organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically fit, energetic, and capable of staying on your feet and active all day.
- Reliable, focused, and serious about high standards and teamwork.
- Calm under pressure, a natural multitasker, and solution-focused.
- Experienced in customer service, administration, retail, or eCommerce.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiar with POS/CRM systems.
- Enthusiastic about dogs, raw feeding, or canine health — or eager to learn.

Pay: $46,460.00 - $79,133.16 per year
