**Job Summary**:
As a Salesperson at Rapid Car Parts, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and promoting the company's automotive parts and accessories. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers, identifying their needs, and offering the best products to meet those needs. You will also handle product inquiries, manage sales transactions, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide expert advice on automotive parts, accessories, and products available in-store.
- Assist customers in identifying their automotive needs and recommending suitable parts or services.
- Maintain a strong product knowledge base to accurately answer customer questions about car parts and accessories.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products effectively.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, card, and online payments.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked and well-displayed.
- Provide after-sales support, including handling returns, exchanges, and warranties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional sales and store events.
- Collaborate with other team members and the management team to improve sales performance and store operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in automotive parts or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and accessories (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory effectively.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move automotive parts and equipment, as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the sales floor.

**Working Hours**:
Full-time and part-time positions available, including weekends and holidays as needed.
