**About the Role**

This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Self Service (Retail) space. It will require them to manage the staff on the floor and upkeep the Jollys standards within the business and make sure everyone is doing their job correctly.

This person will be expected to work a minimum of 5 days a week with one of these shifts being on a weekend.

It is important that this staff member is up-keeping the standards practiced with the Self Serve area and striving to achieve targets & expectations set by management

**Weekly / Daily Duties**
- Using your automotive parts knowledge to advise and assist our customers with any query that they may have
- Management and training of the Self Service / Retail team across the Dandenong branch
- Checking team members Action List's and delegating certain tasks to achieve each day
- Ensuring rostered hours are allocated correctly and management of any un-allocated shifts that may arise.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace and showroom, and having the ability to spot gaps and resolving those issues.
- Completing a list of daily requirements within the workspace, in order to achieve correct maintenance of product and workplace.

**Responsibilities**
- Onboarding and training new staff member to join the team
- Dealing with any disgruntled customers
- Reporting any concerns/issues from employees directly to General Manager
- Maintenance and understanding of the showroom stock and the responsibility of ordering consumables to sell within the retail space.

**Management - Continual improvement**
- Constantly searching for retail and showroom improvements, conveying to Management team and taking necessary steps to ensure actioned.
- Searching for any lapses in training and ensuring staff are refreshed within certain procedures to upkeep quality control.
- The ability to proactively manage all staff and delegate respectfully & to lead by example in the adopted space.
