We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for selling parts on the counter, ensuring daily tasks are completed to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Please Note: Weekend & Public Holiday availability is required

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell parts on the counter and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interpret customer needs and identify the correct spare parts using various reference materials and computer programs.
- Complete daily tasks, such as invoicing, stocktaking, and ordering, to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of time.
- Maintain and update the inventory system to accurately track stock and sales data.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to expand knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in automotive spare parts, particularly in the second-hand market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
