In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying, ordering, and purchasing the correct automotive parts. Your expertise in automotive parts, combined with excellent communication and sales skills, will play a crucial role in driving our sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As an Automotive Spare Parts Sales Interpreter, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts. Your key responsibility will be to interpret customers' needs, provide expert advice on the best products, and guide them through the purchase process. This role requires a solid understanding of automotive parts and the ability to translate technical information into clear, accessible terms for customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in identifying the correct spare parts for their vehicles by using parts catalogs, online databases, and your automotive expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering advice, and helping customers find the products they need.
- Translate technical automotive terminology into easy-to-understand language for customers.
- Recommend and upsell related products and services to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process orders for automotive parts, ensuring that all customer requests are accurately fulfilled.
- Manage inventory and ensure parts are in stock, ordering additional products as necessary.
- Handle the ordering process and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Maintain customer records and sales data, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive parts, trends, and technologies to provide the best recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the parts department and suppliers to source hard-to-find parts when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or a customer service role with a strong understanding of automotive parts and terminology.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
- Previous sales experience, with a focus on meeting sales targets and customer needs.
- Knowledge of parts cataloging systems and computer databases.
- Experience with the Pinnacle system is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
