**About the Role**

As one of our Sales Assistants, you will be the first point of contact between our customers and the company, this is why maintaining friendly customer service as well as strong parts knowledge is essential in order to create a memorable in-store experience for our customers.

Your main role is to guide customers through their visit to our yard, from assisting them in using our custom built technology, to navigating through to the vehicles they are looking for - we do everything with a focus on listening to each customers needs and insuring their experience is always positive when visiting our yards.

This role requires an outgoing personality with a strong customer focus and an ability to work well with others.

Flexible availability is key to work across our yards trading hours which may include weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Extensive car part knowledge and ability to identify parts that are presented to you
- Strong sales focus with proven selling techniques, within a retail setting
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Great customer service with a positive, customer-centric and 'can-do' attitude
- Effective communication skills to build relationships with customers and fellow team members
- A real passion for customer service and car parts

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
