**What this job involves**:
This is an incredible opportunity for a GM to join our Property & Asset Management team based at a vibrant, award-winning, A-grade asset offering next generation workspace.

The asset is owned by a blue-chip client, who is leading the way with sustainability and environmental responsibilities.

The current onsite team do an outstanding job and includes a Senior Engineering Manager, Facilities Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the asset and management team. This is a broad ranging role with areas of responsibility including financial, leasing, EH&S, operational, and strategic business planning.

Also, important will be identifying sustainable opportunities and further ways of adding value and improving the customer/ tenant experience. You always want to receive the highest levels of satisfaction relating to building performance and the execution of duties, ensuring leasing and tenant retention remain front of mind.

**Sound like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Previous experience managing major office and retail assets is required. Furthermore, you will hold outstanding leadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, a high level of commercial acumen and superior interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. You’ll need the personality and standing to be an ambassador for the asset representing the client, JLL, tenants, customers and the community.

A demonstrated ability to add value to a property asset through identifying value enhancing and/ or essential capital works, as well as the achievement of sustainability outcomes will be critical to your success.

A Real Estate Licence is required.
