Verve Partners is working with a leading provider of pest control and hygiene solutions with a mission to protect people, property and the environment.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Care Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis in their Beresfield branch.

**Key tasks & responsibilities**:

- Provide effective leadership to their team
- Be a change ambassador and create new policies and procedures
- Manage risk and oversee continual improvement opportunities
- Act as a focal point for all sales and service management matters
- Identify team strengths and actively participate in the training and development of staff

**Qualifications & experience required**:

- Leadership qualities are a must
- Basic understanding of financials and KPIs
- Demonstrated commitment to best practice delivery of customer service
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate software and train staff
