An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced **Clinical Manager** to join the team at **Tamworth Community Aged Care,** a 144-bed residence.

You will work closely with the Residential Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our future residents.

**What Does It Take to Join Us?**

Here’s what we’re looking for in our Clinical Manager
- Ideally at least 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or within a similar role in a large aged care environment
- Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Experience in staff supervision and development
- A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
- Knowledge of Care Planning

**Essential Requirements**:

- ** National Police Check (within the last 12 months)** - a must-have for peace of mind and safety. NDIS homes require a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- ** RN Qualification with AHPRA Registration** - current, unrestricted, and essential.
