Located at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, this role will have responsibility for supporting operations with adherence to specifications, development and implementation of quality processes which enable goods to be delivered to the satisfaction of the customer, and leading continuous improvement activities with a strong focus on the detection of problems and their resolution.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating the resolution of quality concerns, inclusive of containment, RCA and preventative actions.
- Working collaboratively with OE Customers on concerns and corrective actions.
- Analysis of quality data for the purpose of continuous improvement activities.
- Implementation of quality related continuous improvement activities.
- Auditing and ensuring policy and procedures are in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Auditing of products to established standards.
- Advising production staff on conformance requirements.
- Perform sample part inspection & measurements, and generate SIRs.
- Experienced in either lean manufacturing, metal fabrication or an Automotive Manufacturing Environment.
- Experience in working with OE Customers.
- Competent computer, organizational & communication skills.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
- Ability to influence and lead others.
- Ability to ask questions, get to the bottom of a problem and provide solutions.
