Local construction company looking for a Fleet Coordinator. Casual Role. Start Monday. $35-$45 per hour + Super.

**Your new role**
***
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing over 300 vehicles and mobile equipment across multiple states. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling accidents, breakdowns, and insurance claims for all vehicles.
- Monitoring fleet allocation across states.
- Negotiating leasing contracts.
- Invoicing leases, fuel usage, tolls, and purchase orders.
- Providing drivers with safety materials and strategizing on safety and accident reduction protocols.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Previous experience in a similar role, with understanding of fleet management, regulations and maintenance. Strong computer literacy, including intermediate Excel.
- Background involving continuous improvement initiatives, negotiating, and influencing and working with stakeholders.

**What you'll get in return***
