About the role:
CSR is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Fleet & MHE Coordinator to manage and optimise our national portfolio of over 1,000 assets comprising of light, heavy vehicles, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & HDE Fleet.
This role is pivotal in executing our lifecycle strategy—from acquisition to disposal—while embedding best practices, driving sustainability, and ensuring compliance across a complex, multi-site network.
You'll be the go-to expert for fleet and MHE operations, partnering with internal teams and suppliers to deliver safe, efficient, and future-ready solutions that support CSR's operational excellence.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own and execute CSR's MHE & Tool of Trade fleet strategy.
- Lead full lifecycle management—from acquisition to end-of-life.
- Act as SME for fleet, MHE, and battery/fuel requirements across sites.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
- Develop standards, policies, and training for national deployment.
- Integrate telematics and asset tools to enhance visibility and analytics.
- Champion sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What you bring to the role
- 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or fleet/MHE management.
- Certification in project or asset management; forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of fleet systems, MHE specs, and WHS compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or distribution environments.
