**THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is responsible for all aspects of the CodeBlue business - it’s staff, customers and financial performance.

General Business Management
- Create and communicate a compelling strategic vision for the CodeBlue Australia business
- Undertake strategic and tactical business analysis and planning including one-year, three-year (mid-term) business plans for the approval by the Australian and Asia Pacific Executive Committee
- Develop a clear set of priorities for the business in line with strategic plan
- Assess opportunities and distil into a executive/board-supported strategies to achieve a viable and valuable business
- Manage business and budget planning in consultation with EGM, CFO and the broader executive team
- Set top level product commercialisation strategy in conjunction with product specialists
- Work closely with SLT regarding the product roadmap and technology developments
- Be future-focused with the ability and drive to exponentially grow the business in a rapidly evolving environment

Leadership
- Act as a clear and inspiring leader, binding the management team into a united group where vision and purpose is understood
- Foster a culture of care, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit
- Provide clarity for senior leadership team on business objectives, and hold them accountable for delivery and performance
- Performance management of direct reports and overall monitoring and feedback on team performance
- Mentoring and guidance of direct reports
- Chair regular full management team meetings
- Be available and approachable within the broader business, facilitating consultation, open debate and collaboration on business issues
- Foster a culture that leads to enhanced employee satisfaction and engagement
- Support sales executives and business line leaders in the pursuit of new business opportunities and growth of existing clients.

Relationship Management
- Manage and develop major client relationships at senior levels
- Build and foster relationships with key industry partners, alliances and distribution channels
- Manage relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Be the “face” of CodeBlue Australia when dealing with the media; available to attend and speak at industry
- related events
- Negotiate and close high-level business deals and contracts
- Be the ultimate escalation point to resolve difficult and complex customer issues

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Undergraduate qualifications in a technology, engineering or business discipline. Post-graduate or MBA qualifications preferred
- Proven success as a People Leader in past experiences
- Prior experience in leading a division or business unit in a growing business preferably in technology
- Experience in leading regional/global strategic projects
- Experience in leading local/regional or global M&A activity aligned to company’s strategic and growth objectives.
- Experience in comprehensive and transparent executive reporting on business performance to executive teams
